Finally! A way to release stress. No smoking. No drinking. Just JOGGING!
Last Friday, Jiang Hao and I went jogging. It has been a long time since we last jogged together. We jogged all the way from jurong polyclinic to the market near lakeside mrt, before making a detour back. It was rather stress-releasing, away from the assignments, projects, and the many faces of liars.
This world is just crude. Full of lies, made-believes, hatred... and spastic people...
Can't stand spastic people.. ARGH!! ><
